Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stober parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the FK30A25H14LH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K403WG1340MR160140B manufactured by Stober and we are pleased to be able to service most Stober systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M94516 by Manufacturer Reliance as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Foote Brand Jones in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kaydon such as KA040XP0 equipment made by Kaydon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kaydon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kaydon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HU502 made by Textron as well as the popular GRB81850L original spares produced by Ironman
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FWC721B600KB5J1 by Boston and KA040XP0 spares by Kaydon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LF93230B7J Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
