Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Diessel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dingman-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Diversified product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Diessel such as the UNI5A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5xc127 manufactured by Dingman-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Dingman-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CBC86C05 by Manufacturer Diversified as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Divelbiss Brand HECGWCX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Doboy such as 198150 equipment made by Doboy have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Doboy products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Doboy" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JVOP1263 made by Digital as well as the popular DN3PS233PS02 original spares produced by Dina
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 361000502 by Proface and 198150 spares by Doboy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
