Data Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Data X-SERIES and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Data X-SERIES include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the X-SERIES if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our X-SERIES repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electrochem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynisco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gigatronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electrochem such as the 55464 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2243EA26B14DPFFACAZZ manufactured by Dynisco and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynisco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80601A by Manufacturer Gigatronics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Endress+hauser Brand FMU231AAA21 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as TGS0008TGSR12ZTGSMP equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3063M2 made by Dytran as well as the popular E50AW26P original spares produced by Cutler-hammer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the US1M13F by Fairchild and TGS0008TGSR12ZTGSMP spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FTL361 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser.
