Dapra Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Dapra RT-6 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Dapra RT-6 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RT-6 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RT-6 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Data-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Data-Collect product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 2N913G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D42273 manufactured by Data-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Data-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EDT3000 by Manufacturer Data-Collect as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dart-Controls Brand 253G200E7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Datamyte such as 91464001 equipment made by Datamyte have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datamyte products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datamyte" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 221 made by Data-Track as well as the popular 3570X2 original spares produced by Daytronic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM41 by Escort and 91464001 spares by Datamyte are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
