Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daihen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Crouzet product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the ECN1814CBC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC050CP510 manufactured by Daihen and we are pleased to be able to service most Daihen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MLR1 by Manufacturer Crouzet as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cutler-Hammer Brand AE16SN0A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dadco such as WDX4 equipment made by Dadco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dadco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dadco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SFA made by Custom-Servo-Motors as well as the popular Keyboard original spares produced by Cybelec
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S3030 by Danaher and WDX4 spares by Dadco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
