We have at least quantity 2 of the PSX-II made by Convac on hand for immediate shipment. This original Convac spare is refurbished and in excellent condition. Convac Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Convac PSX-II and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Convac PSX-II include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PSX-II if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PSX-II repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cp-Electronics such as the 19P0090000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CR111300801RW manufactured by Tegal and we are pleased to be able to service most Tegal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7229ACF by Manufacturer Copley-Controls as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Csi Brand 33034501A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Festo such as CPV10GEMP6 equipment made by Festo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Festo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Festo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CPM1A8ET1 made by Omron as well as the popular 153076 original spares produced by Crown
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EDS2129 by Crouse-Hinds and CPV10GEMP6 spares by Festo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NC407 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Csr.
