Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Controlotron 482CNH-SS3.21 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cooper-Power-Tools parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Csi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Controls such as the 010012711 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 57700525 manufactured by Cooper-Power-Tools and we are pleased to be able to service most Cooper-Power-Tools systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MR55C by Manufacturer Csi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Crydom Brand 831005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Copar such as 736179 equipment made by Copar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Copar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Copar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JSP09010 made by Copley-Controls as well as the popular 3453916 original spares produced by Croschopp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPCM5W by Crestron and 736179 spares by Copar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 82940035 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crouzet.
