Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cognex DMR-200Q-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nana products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iconopower parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nana such as the F31X301DCCBAG1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E3U16445 manufactured by Iconopower and we are pleased to be able to service most Iconopower systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FC4IMA16 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Electric Brand IC600CP600K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tektronix such as DTG5078 equipment made by Tektronix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tektronix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tektronix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F160C10E made by Omron as well as the popular DPC13T original spares produced by Horton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600AVIA1M1B by Ge-Fanuc and DTG5078 spares by Tektronix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original INIIT02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey.
