Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cegelec 9284-4002 BASIC I/0 EXPANDER parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Chromalox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chromalox parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Chromalox such as the 311110141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM3309 manufactured by Chromalox and we are pleased to be able to service most Chromalox systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CG4A22A1A by Manufacturer Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Centric Brand 710162430220003FS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chromatics such as 100660XX1AD equipment made by Chromatics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEM3556 by Baldor and 100660XX1AD spares by Chromatics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 300048518005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chromalox.
