Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schaffner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uniop parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nissei product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schaffner such as the FN351H5333 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ER25T0045 manufactured by Uniop and we are pleased to be able to service most Uniop systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GFMN15120T40T by Manufacturer Nissei as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Elca Brand E1020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Matsuura such as EN400429A equipment made by Matsuura have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matsuura products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matsuura" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HMI520C005E made by Maple-Systems as well as the popular HISUM22STAB original spares produced by Hope
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FVN184THTL17078AAL by Ssd and EN400429A spares by Matsuura are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE500TIU050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Horner.
