Automax Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Automax CPL1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Automax CPL1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the CPL1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our CPL1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5D560006 manufactured by Br and we are pleased to be able to service most Br systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLE by Manufacturer Balluff as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Bach-simpson Brand 500527200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor-Sihi such as A335027 equipment made by Baldor-Sihi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor-Sihi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor-Sihi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4D116400090 made by Br as well as the popular Mecair original spares produced by Automax
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BNS519B03D0840SP01 by Balluff and A335027 spares by Baldor-Sihi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSM50N75AF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
