Artis Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Artis MMI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Artis MMI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MMI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MMI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Moeller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asea product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Moeller such as the AS2240DX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECS40AC manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature YL611001AF by Manufacturer Asea as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Asahi-keiki Brand AM2132A31 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ashcroft such as 851377SS04B2000 equipment made by Ashcroft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ashcroft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ashcroft" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 831656 made by Asco as well as the popular 2668171921 original spares produced by Asea
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3HAB879612B by Abb and 851377SS04B2000 spares by Ashcroft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPS8262C2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco.
