Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aero A2S-35-12V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Afp-Prodel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alimak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Air-Monitor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Afp-Prodel such as the C960410 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9018397000 manufactured by Alimak and we are pleased to be able to service most Alimak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11000AZvELtROL by Manufacturer Air-Monitor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Afag Brand IRG2N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aegis such as AGS1205XAGS1205X equipment made by Aegis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aegis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aegis" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PN10 made by Alfa-Laval as well as the popular BM130 original spares produced by Aerotech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT790 by Aerotech and AGS1205XAGS1205X spares by Aegis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
