We service and repair Xiris ID-2500 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Xiris ID-2500 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ID-2500 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stearns products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Stearns product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stearns such as the 596640905 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11346 manufactured by Marley and we are pleased to be able to service most Marley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 105554100 by Manufacturer Stearns as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hub Brand 022000904165 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Skf such as 22317 equipment made by Skf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Skf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Skf" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 909981 made by Nexen as well as the popular 1465W original spares produced by Sterling
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17404 by Boston and 22317 spares by Skf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
