Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eberhard such as the CFG00111NPK830200TBS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D120B17112 manufactured by Martin and we are pleased to be able to service most Martin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BB48LN140TC by Manufacturer Dodge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sumitomo Brand CHF6135G17G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsubaki such as BL534 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 926MDSNM made by Winsmith as well as the popular BFK45712 original spares produced by Intorq
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHH6140Y6 by Sumitomo and BL534 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BB483CN140TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge.
