Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner Electric Mcs-164a-21 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Melles-Griot products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Medar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Melles-Griot such as the 17NST104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 86067000001 manufactured by Mec and we are pleased to be able to service most Mec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5743B by Manufacturer Medar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Meltric Brand 1964200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Melec such as SD210 equipment made by Melec have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2050X120 by Merian and SD210 spares by Melec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 514CC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Medar.
