Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reeves product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the EJA110EJMS3J912EDFF1D1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6158554 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7202 by Manufacturer Reeves as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Placid Brand 15975 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ysi such as 6405715000 equipment made by Ysi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ysi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ysi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 701628 made by Gam as well as the popular 1583W original spares produced by Dodge
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 23230 by Skf and 6405715000 spares by Ysi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCS6051 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Electric.
