Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vetra Systems USB-331 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Viking products, including obsoleted and phased-out Victoreen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Victor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Viking such as the 3551051343EU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 876189 manufactured by Victoreen and we are pleased to be able to service most Victoreen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VTS402D by Manufacturer Victor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Vickers Brand EHHAMP702D20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Videojet such as 25344 equipment made by Videojet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Videojet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Videojet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VF49P1P71B5 made by Bonfigioli as well as the popular FBLM575CGF original spares produced by Vexta

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FASK2240030000200 by Vickers and 25344 spares by Videojet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BXM460GFS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vexta.
