Vero Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Vero BIVOLT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Vero BIVOLT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BIVOLT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BIVOLT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Arista products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bosch product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Arista such as the BOXPC304K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM100TF28H manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BTV20 by Manufacturer Bosch as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Yaskawa Brand CPCRFRO2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ph such as CIMRG5U4022 equipment made by Ph have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ph products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ph" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CM200DY12E made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular CPS10FB original spares produced by Fuji
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM75DY24E by Mitsubishi and CIMRG5U4022 spares by Ph are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
