Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Electric YC2E2B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Utility-Systems-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Us-Motor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Utility-Systems-Technologies such as the 12700200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CBN2403SB3140 manufactured by Us-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R471A by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100GUT10T2R0C0 by Uticor and HDM1508004 spares by Usm-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
