Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Unitronics V570-57-T20B & V200-18-E1B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Taylor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vartech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Autotech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taylor such as the X1700RZ14004ACP850556 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT20BCB2 manufactured by Vartech and we are pleased to be able to service most Vartech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E7RRL101NE4FS by Manufacturer Autotech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Allen-bradley Brand B15038 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Anritsu such as MA2463A equipment made by Anritsu have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anritsu products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anritsu" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R4J0640YD made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular WHI320D001 original spares produced by Maple-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TACHPAK30 by Ai and MA2463A spares by Anritsu are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 81610A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Agilent.
