Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vee-Arc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Us-Motor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vee-Arc such as the 8050CP21 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30004010440 manufactured by Us-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4FM47 by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Uticor Brand 100GPL06M2R0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Usem such as U15P1DCR equipment made by Usem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Usem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Usem" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9280B4 made by Unitrol-Electronics as well as the popular A2504C original spares produced by Velmex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TB11A by Us-Electrical-Motors and U15P1DCR spares by Usem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
