Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the JUSPRG08D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PK596AW manufactured by Vexta and we are pleased to be able to service most Vexta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XL500 by Manufacturer Konecranes as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Toei-Velconic Brand VLBSTZ02030SBOU002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as VM3558 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FBLD40A made by Vexta as well as the popular VRDM391350LWC original spares produced by Berger-Lahr
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 25577320002 by Trinamic and VM3558 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
