Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Toshiba VFAS1-4300PL-HN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vexta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Volkman product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vexta such as the SG9200TG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT130G2U4080 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 72139G1 by Manufacturer Volkman as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRG3M4011 by Yaskawa and VT130G9U4110 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
