Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thomas Rexnord VC-1036 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Torqube products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toledo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tyc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Torqube such as the E587J0483993N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M164X7H manufactured by Toledo and we are pleased to be able to service most Toledo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12B3 by Manufacturer Tyc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Warner Brand UM2101020FBC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tolomatic such as 2040200 equipment made by Tolomatic have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7761N05N091R011F by Us-Electric and 2040200 spares by Tolomatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
