Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tel-instrument Corp T-49C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Terra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Temposonics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omega product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Terra such as the 80321534018032130101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GHS0080UD602DE4 manufactured by Temposonics and we are pleased to be able to service most Temposonics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 88006e by Manufacturer Omega as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Thayer Brand AP32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thalheim such as ITD21A4Y2 equipment made by Thalheim have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5052595 by Texas-Instruments and ITD21A4Y2 spares by Thalheim are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5TI5500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Texas-Instruments.
