Techmor Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Techmor IM-1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Techmor IM-1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IM-1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our IM-1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XURC4PPML2 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Spare units by Toledo such as ML4331 equipment made by Toledo have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TP8612CH by Tem-Controlli and ML4331 spares by Toledo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
