Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hi-z-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Forney product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 8698000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZB0724 manufactured by Hi-z-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Hi-z-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 32640701 by Manufacturer Forney as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has T-bar Brand 88124A28SM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 503341 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1875301A made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 28001G1 original spares produced by Warrick
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XPSAS5140 by Telemecanique and 503341 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9300051 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hes.
