Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Temposonics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Techno-Aoyama parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Temptronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Temposonics such as the GHS0250MD601LL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHASY manufactured by Techno-Aoyama and we are pleased to be able to service most Techno-Aoyama systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TP0318D by Manufacturer Temptronic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Taiyo Brand TAM4030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tectron such as 56044 equipment made by Tectron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tectron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tectron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ATS46D32N made by Telemecanique as well as the popular VM205FM original spares produced by Tectivity
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RHM0150MD62IC1012 by Temposonics and 56044 spares by Tectron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPS0460MRG01V01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Temposonics.
