Systag Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Systag TCI-88 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Systag TCI-88 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TCI-88 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TCI-88 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader T5-Orbacom such as the A1709306 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6024BP10300C2050 manufactured by Taylor and we are pleased to be able to service most Taylor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SBX2001 by Manufacturer Systel as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Taylor Brand 125P660CV1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Oriental such as VextaA40419515NE equipment made by Oriental have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XP6532100378 by Taktomat and VextaA40419515NE spares by Oriental are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
