Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Stromag Frequency Converter parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumtak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Teco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumtak such as the MSK0151024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LXM15MD56N4 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F5104075C3U by Manufacturer Teco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Toshiba Brand VT130G22220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tennant such as 363553 equipment made by Tennant have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TDSV8L2P2FTDSV8L2P2F by Tek-drive and 363553 spares by Tennant are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
