Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-Cam products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasakawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Toyopuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Cam such as the PS5112110M09 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VS656MR5 manufactured by Yasakawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasakawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature THK2752 by Manufacturer Toyopuc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711T5A20L1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ac such as SF4100 equipment made by Ac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ac" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ACRAMATIC2100 made by Siemens as well as the popular MR601508C00110 original spares produced by Ircon-Mirage
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 22AD4P0N104 by Allen-Bradley and SF4100 spares by Ac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
