We service and repair Solartron C53 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Solartron C53 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the C53 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sprecher--Schuh products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spang parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sprecher--Schuh such as the KTA725H25A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 65157560 manufactured by Spang and we are pleased to be able to service most Spang systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA6110EI by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Spang Brand 83414 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Spraymation such as 301046 equipment made by Spraymation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spraymation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spraymation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PBS011480V made by Sprecher--Schuh as well as the popular FRU65000062 original spares produced by Spectrum
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SBTC100202 by Spectrum and 301046 spares by Spraymation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPI1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
