Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive VUF41BEFDADV160M4-KS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bosch product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rex such as the ZA2203 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 13F5CBDYA0083KVA manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 915095 by Manufacturer Bosch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Adept Brand 1033212400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fincor such as 105874902MODG equipment made by Fincor have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available H500 made by Fanuc as well as the popular 070137901A original spares produced by Tecrol-Power

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1151722 by Dyna-Five and 105874902MODG spares by Fincor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4310 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triconex.
