Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive FF7AM145-KS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kamo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kamo such as the KAMOSEIKO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GTS100M01010 manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HC325542556255 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Animatics Brand GH23P40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by P.i.v. such as H55041 equipment made by P.i.v. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire P.i.v. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "P.i.v." in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FS0400750 made by Formsprag as well as the popular M85712BVZ original spares produced by Dodge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K613SGD0320MQ20 by Stober and H55041 spares by P.i.v. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
