Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Seiki IO-48 10-57-00-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bay-Networks products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joslyn-Clark parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bay-Networks such as the MODEL5005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JDP910100 manufactured by Joslyn-Clark and we are pleased to be able to service most Joslyn-Clark systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M13027479R0 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Datalogic Brand MATRIX2121 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Posiflex such as MOH00525BOMTP5800 equipment made by Posiflex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Posiflex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Posiflex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JANCDFC001 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular KD3350 original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KSYZ405B2 by Mitsubishi and MOH00525BOMTP5800 spares by Posiflex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MP48 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Halliburton.
