Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schweitzer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Scientific-Technologies product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schweitzer such as the SEL45110577 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 060685007 manufactured by Sensotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS4614955Q1X by Manufacturer Scientific-Technologies as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Schunk Brand 3220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Serco such as 341008 equipment made by Serco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Serco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Serco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CT7N01GU0 made by Sensor-Technics as well as the popular BLEXT original spares produced by Saw-Trax
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB507 by Scitex and 341008 spares by Serco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M68K10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sbe.
