We service and repair R-tec RP74 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the R-tec RP74 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RP74 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RP74 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Samsomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sanken product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Samsomatic such as the PWA271036 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11000001901 manufactured by Sc and we are pleased to be able to service most Sc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DK14360B by Manufacturer Sanken as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sakai Brand VC100500132396 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sankyo such as 7TC10A equipment made by Sankyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SCM2271N made by Samsung as well as the popular SLD2000L090855 original spares produced by Samick
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CA3983 by Saf and 7TC10A spares by Sankyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
