Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rocker Industries 5373-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sigma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crydom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Warrick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sigma such as the 5RJ767311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D53RV25C manufactured by Crydom and we are pleased to be able to service most Crydom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 28101H4 by Manufacturer Warrick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Siemens Brand 6DD16820CG0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as AG604M0100200007 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available XPSPVK1184 made by Schneider as well as the popular 945371 original spares produced by Tempo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 42R065000GSIL by Sigma and AG604M0100200007 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 237XBXP020120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Struthers-Dunn.
