Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rexroth GTE080-NN1-004A-NN03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seal-Master parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schneider product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the FA4080150082731 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SEHB39 manufactured by Seal-Master and we are pleased to be able to service most Seal-Master systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC2D25G7 by Manufacturer Schneider as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Sakai Brand S15B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as 40067773 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SAF47AM145 made by Sew as well as the popular 5245972001CB original spares produced by Rockwell-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RF3LP184 by Sew and 40067773 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 21114030BH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shimpo.
