Revere Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Revere USP15K and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Revere USP15K include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the USP15K if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our USP15K repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Roland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sensopart product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the MPG50 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SND8S manufactured by Roland and we are pleased to be able to service most Roland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 95150012 by Manufacturer Sensopart as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rosemount Brand 3051S1TG2A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sentec such as LS15002E equipment made by Sentec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sentec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sentec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GCA1211000 made by Schaevitz as well as the popular 1115103REVN original spares produced by Rosemount
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4001136 by Rosemount and LS15002E spares by Sentec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
