Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric PM020BH3016NH-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Senscient parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Riverhawk product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the CLV6301121S01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S20134 manufactured by Senscient and we are pleased to be able to service most Senscient systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A1LHHB by Manufacturer Riverhawk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Scientific Brand CBX205 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as FGSS1200111 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 3RG78454DM001 made by Siemens as well as the popular SB2i original spares produced by Rieker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the dfs6obbjpn10000 by Sick and FGSS1200111 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ILANSL5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensopart.
