Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the R&m Energy Systems LR-125042-7 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rittal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Raymond-Dockstocker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rittal such as the 6525010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 570330500 manufactured by Raymond-Dockstocker and we are pleased to be able to service most Raymond-Dockstocker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G215M320 by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Roplan Brand 216E801A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rexnord such as 08UCBN2B45AIE equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XR501 by Romac-Industries-Inc and 08UCBN2B45AIE spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6TF5C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sankyo.
