Quailty Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Quailty 360B and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Quailty 360B include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 360B if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 360B repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Radisys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Df-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Radio-energie product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Radisys such as the EMCPS5083001300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 64030400010401 manufactured by Df-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Df-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Reo444N1 by Manufacturer Radio-energie as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Quartech Brand 9800ACAB32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Quincy such as TQCT1884A equipment made by Quincy have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D07110AE031 by Ramsey and TQCT1884A spares by Quincy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
