Quailty Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Quailty 360B and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Quailty 360B include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 360B if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 360B repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Raychem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Russell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rapid-Power product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Raychem such as the 404872 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8723U1 manufactured by Russell and we are pleased to be able to service most Russell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D12874 by Manufacturer Rapid-Power as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Radiall Brand 2001441445000TF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Queensgate such as CMLNLD equipment made by Queensgate have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17004810PC104 by Radicom and CMLNLD spares by Queensgate are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
