Qterm Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Qterm J10 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Qterm J10 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the J10 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our J10 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yokogawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ormec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yokogawa such as the MC43 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M13004422R0 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMI8150 by Manufacturer Ormec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand MBC959A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as M35A001Z541MC1101518158001 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ML121CT9450 by Tcp and M35A001Z541MC1101518158001 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
