We service and repair Qel CTS-M20 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Qel CTS-M20 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the CTS-M20 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rohrback such as the 2520T20K030052975 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLV210A1010 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RESM20USA100 by Manufacturer Renishaw as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Siemens Brand 7MH71580AA00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sensaphone such as FGD3010 equipment made by Sensaphone have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensaphone products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensaphone" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3RG61153CF00Z by Siemens and FGD3010 spares by Sensaphone are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
