Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Qtrco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quantai-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Quincy product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Qtrco such as the QS05SRS50 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QMC8910B manufactured by Quantai-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Quantai-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 28954505 by Manufacturer Quincy as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Quartech Brand 9800ACAB10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as 056919100C equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PHO8 made by Ratoc-Systems as well as the popular G308A230 original spares produced by Red-Lion-Controls
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5140S by Quantai-Systems-Inc and 056919100C spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
