Proface Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Proface PSP5000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Proface PSP5000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PSP5000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PSP5000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acuity such as the MX712 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TG3A2B11A1AM5Q4DA2 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KT5LP3611S01 by Manufacturer Sick as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Rosemount Brand 68N11C30A105T24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance-Electric such as PM020BH3016NH0 equipment made by Reliance-Electric have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DME2000000 by Sick and PM020BH3016NH0 spares by Reliance-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
