Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pressbend Ltd BE190 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Psi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prometec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pro-Tele-Vision product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Psi such as the 924010081775 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 973222087 manufactured by Prometec and we are pleased to be able to service most Prometec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PM5695A by Manufacturer Pro-Tele-Vision as well.

Spare units by Prometec such as MSL5051 equipment made by Prometec have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS5RQ24 by Idec and MSL5051 spares by Prometec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
