Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Premium TCE TE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shibaura-Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Animatics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the SH30553P11A2000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSAF12100N1 manufactured by Shibaura-Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Shibaura-Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM2320D by Manufacturer Animatics as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
